PAYMENT TERMS
Net 30 for customers with approved credit. After 45 days, payment terms will automatically be changed to C.O.D.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped by UPS and/or FEDEX ground, freight prepaid and billed unless otherwise specified.
Please inspect shipment upon receipt and claim any damages to the carrier.
INSURANCE
We suggest that you have insurance for your shipment as the price term is FOB Portland, OR. All risks are transferred
to the buyer once the goods delivered to the carrier.
DROP SHIPPING
A $5.00 service fee will be charged
RETURNS
Authorization for return of goods must be obtained prior to any return. All return items must be in re-salabe packing.
CLAIMS
Please inspect merchandise upon receipt, and notify us any problem within 5 days after receipt of shipment.
